The Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation TeleHealth program offers video conferencing via Zoom Cloud Meetings for HealthCare.  The Zoom platform allows you to join a video conference from your Mac, PC, iPhone, iPad, Android Tablet, Android Smartphone, Windows tablet, or by a standard phone call.

Important TeleHealth Information

 

A Meeting ID and password must be provided by a TeleHealth Facilitator in order for you to join a meeting. You will receive this information either over the phone, through a text message, or email from the TeleHealth Facilitator and your Provider.  

Audio:  If you choose "Join Audio by Computer" please use headphones for listening and make sure your PC has an internal or external microphone.  You can also use a phone for audio if you don't have headphones or a microphone.  To do this click "Join by phone" when the meeting starts.

To Join from a Mac, PC, or Windows Tablet 


1.) Click Here to open the Zoom website in your web browser.
2.) Click "Join a meeting" at the top right of Zoom's webpage.
3.) Type in the provided Meeting ID and click "Join".
4.) The Zoom Video Client software should automatically download to your computer.  Once the download is complete, install the software.  After it finishes install the meeting you wish to attend will automatically launch for you. 
5.) It will ask how you want to join the audio. Choose the setting that best fits you.  Either by computer, if you have the microphone/headphones needed or by phone, which you will use a phone for audio. 

 

To Join from an iPhone, iPad, or Android Device


1.) Click the button below for the type of device you are using.

 

 

 


2.) Download and launch the app from your device.
3.) Tap, "Join a meeting".
4.) Enter the provided Meeting ID and tap "join".
5.) Click "Call using internet Audio" to pair your device's headphones and microphone.
