Nutrition & Diabetes Education

Erin Gibson, MS, RD, LD, ADE

  

Erin Gibson, is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Dietitian (LD) , Apprentice Diabetes Educator (ADE), and diabetes facilitator. She is a Hazard, KY native. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and also completed her Master of Science in Community Nutrition and Dietetic Internship through Eastern Kentucky University. She is currently working towards her license in Diabetes Education through the Kentucky Board of Diabetes Educators.

Chasity Eversole, RN, LD

Chasity Eversole is a registered nurse (RN), Licensed Diabetes Educator (LDE), Diabetes Educator and KY native. She graduated from Hazard Community and Technical College with an Associate Degree in nursing. She also went on to receive her license in diabetes education through the Kentucky Board of Diabetes Education.  

Ernestine Hill, RN

Ernestine Hill, RN graduated in 1975 from Harlan School of Professional Nursing. She proudly is a lifelong resident of Letcher County, born in Fleming, KY. She has resided in Jenkins since 1991. Ernestine received training in February 2018 becoming a peer facilitator to facilitate Diabetes Empowerment Education Program classes.

Marcella Fields, RN

Marcella Fields, RN graduated from Southeast Community and Technical College in Cumberland, Ky with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Nursing. She has worked in the Quality Department at MCHC since 2015. In February 2018, she received training to facilitate Diabetes Empowerment Education Program classes.
